World Tai Chi/Qi-Gong Day - Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center

A healing wave of positive energy to surround the globe beginning at 10AM in each time zone around the world during a 24-hour period. Come and participate with Tai Chi students from the Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center and the Segun Public Library classes in this annual worldwide event. With the practice of a modified Yang Style of Tai Chi to promote balance and fall prevention, Dr. Barry A. Jackson (GRMC IPRU Physical Therapist) will lead these participants in a series of warms-up activities, the Fundamentals Form, and a Modified Yang Style Form on the east lawn of Emanuel's Lutheran Church. Anyone is welcome to share in the generation of peace and harmony to help "push" the wave of harmony around the globe.
