Leadership Seguin 2022-2023 Applications

Description

Leadership Seguin is a series of nine (9), but not limited to, one-day sessions, covering such areas as government, economic development, social needs, personal skills, and other key segments of our community. The class will identify and create a community service project from beginning to end to be completed by graduation in June.
 
Prime candidates for this program are those individuals who are emerging as leaders within their chosen careers and/or various community organizations and agencies and current leaders wishing to improve their knowledge and leadership skills. They will represent every sector of the community and will be individuals with enthusiasm and dedication.
 
You are encouraged to review this information and submit an application for consideration for participation in this program, or to invite a colleague to apply.
Tuition for the program is $550. If tuition is paid by an employer and the applicant leaves that employment, no refunds will be given. Tuition remains vested in the original applicant.
 
This type of program requires a serious time commitment from the participant and support from the applicant's employer and direct manager. Attendance at the orientation & community leaders’ reception Sept. 9 from 2-5:30 pm and the weekend overnight retreat Sept 17 & 18 are mandatory.
